HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

  • You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Track Orders page.
  • After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment centers where they will ship your items within 2-5 business days. 
  • Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

  • It usually takes 2-5 days, however, due to the pandemic some of couriers are experiencing low staffing problems, hence a cause for shipping delays. We ask you to allow 1-2 weeks waiting time.

  • Although we might consider this in the future, we only deliver within the US.

  • Depending on the location where the items are coming from, your orders may arrive in single or multiple packages.

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKET A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT! CAN I CHANGE IT?

  • We highly recommend you to email us as soon as possible. Although, there will be an instance where the situation is already out of our control because our products are processed and shipped immediately, we will do our best to handle the issue.
