Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy provided that the product is in original packaging and condition, has not been damaged or used. Depending on the item, shipping and handling fee may apply.

Cancellation of Order

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet shipped. All cancellations made due to delays in delivery under unfavorable weather conditions, traffic conditions or circumstances beyond the company's control, are subject to a round trip shipping cost.

Wrong or Defective Item

We offer a 30-day window replacement for a wrong item or defective item. Simply notify us and attach a photograph of the item in its original packaging and condition, and we will send you a new one. We will handle all the fees in the event that you may need to send the product back to us.

Broken or Damaged Item Due to Shipping & Handling

In the RARE occasion that an item arrived broken or damaged, we offer a full refund provided that it is reported within 1 business day upon receipt and ALL DAMAGES OR DEFECTS MUST be noted on both copies of the receipt before signing for the item. Failure to do so will not hold the company liable for the damages of your item(s).
